PAYMENT

A deposit of $5.00 is required when you book your photoshoot. Full payment (travel fee included) must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled shoot. I can accept payment via Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, or cash. If paying in cash, please expect to pay the full amount in-person when I arrive, before any photos are taken.

RESCHEDULING

Should any event occur which delays or disrupts the photography shoot and is outside of the control of the client or the photographer, the session may be rescheduled, with no fee or penalty incurred by either party. Please be sure to communicate, however, if there is a delay or disruption.

If the photographer is already en route, or is arriving to a client's scheduled shoot and the client then communicates a wish to reschedule, with no prior attempts made to communicate, an additional $10 will be charged to the client. This is a $10.00 Courtesy Fee. It is at the photographer's discretion to charge a fee for late notice rescheduling and lack of communication. As the client, you agree to pay this fee if such a situation were to occur.

REFUNDS

Cancellation by the client (cancellation is defined as no intent to reschedule) less than 24 hours before the commencement of a scheduled photoshoot, will result in a partial refund. The refund is partial because $15.00 is subtracted in order to cover the Cancellation Fee.

A refund will not be issued after a photoshoot has already commenced, or is completed. If I have already arrived to our scheduled shoot, and you then desire to cancel at that time, you understand that no refund will be given. However, a full refund will always be given if cancellation is requested 24 hours or more before a scheduled shoot. 

MUTUAL RESPECT

Being late happens, and that is totally okay. But, if a client is over 25 minutes late arriving, it is at the photographer's discretion to charge a $10.00 Late Fee or to reschedule the shoot entirely. Upon my arrival, before any photos are taken, please expect to sign a release of liability waiver and a photo release form. Thank you!

WEATHER

Weather can be unpredictable, but I will keep an eye on the forecast. No fee or penalty shall be incurred by any party should the shoot need to be rescheduled due to inclement weather. I will reach out on the day before our shoot and discuss rescheduling if it seems that the local weather will become a hinderance.
